belittling people trying to help- (i am not into people who spread fear

It is so
important that today (March 20) Google honored Ignaz Semmelweis, the
German-Hungarian physician and scientist who popularized how important
hand-washing is in 1847 by demonstrating with his work that cleaning
hands drastically reduced the number of deaths of women after
childbirth. The rejection of Semmelweis's empirical observations is
often traced to belief perseverance, the psychological tendency of
clinging to discredited beliefs. Also, some historians of science[15]
argue that resistance to path-breaking contributions of obscure
scientists is common and "constitutes the single most formidable block
to scientific advances."
As a result, his ideas were rejected by
the medical community. Other, more subtle, factors may also have played a
role. Some doctors, for instance, were offended at the suggestion that
they should wash their hands, feeling that their social status as
gentlemen was inconsistent with the idea that their hands could be
unclean.[16][F]
Semmelweis's results lacked scientific
explanation at the time. That became possible only some decades later,
when Louis Pasteur, Joseph Lister, and others further developed the germ
theory of disease.
During 1848, Semmelweis widened the scope of
his washing protocol, to include all instruments coming in contact with
patients in labour, and used mortality rates time series to document his
success in virtually eliminating puerperal fever from the hospital ward

and cons to the changes and i do think the wealthy elite are taking
advantage of this for their own gain but they always do anyway for fear
of losing their power and wealth- things will get better and worse both i
think from this virus and economic "weeding" of society

that sounds harsh it feels like weeding with both business going under,
people losing their jobs and people getting sick and dying and yet it's
bringing some together in love and saving lives and in grieving those
who die or are getting very ill- and for job loss and job gain. big
changes for many
Remember mental hygiene along with physical I agree with deepak chopra on this idea - body and mind is all
Connected to health and well being
Fake
positive thinking is dumb and shallow but meditation relaxation and
clearing the mind does help the immune system literally scientifically
feeling fear and sadness is honest - allow the thoughts and feelings to
be what they are but consciously focus on what you want to build. Don’t
be a victim of the stressful news narrative focus on helping life
People are too addicted to drama! I like the good stuff - realize we choose what to focus on - especially now!
Resist
getting sucked into drama addiction! Eating healthy delicious foods,
getting lots of sleep, hydrating yourself, doing things you enjoy, going
for walks in nature away from people, make art, make love, listen to
music, write, read, sing, dance, give affection to your cats dogs
rabbits etc do this to help your immune system and to enjoy life- as
opposed to tuning into the news feed that’s all
About anger fear and
stress - stay informed on some events but don’t over focus on that
narrative - focus on the here and now and what you can do to take care
of yourself and your loved ones
Focus on Love and health:
boosting your immune system in addition to staying away from others is
the key and take care of your mental well being
Limbic resonance
on
the virus test: I dont want a test at all! Would never set foot in a
clinic now don’t want exposure and I feel fine so am taking care of my
body and mind and avoiding others for everyone’s sake (aside from
modeling now for one teacher) also don’t want to clog up the system
since I feel healthy and plan to do everything possible to stay safe
and help my immune system work it’s best
i am staying home away
from others and not wanting to be exposed to germs at a clinic and also
allow them to treat people needing help. i am feeling fine so staying
home to stay safe and not spread my germs in case i do have it and dont
know it. i am very healthy so maybe i would have zero symtoms. i also
do not want to clog up the busy crowded system.
Online sharing is
expanding now musicians doing free concerts and accepting donations! We
can build on this and find new ways to earn money and or freely share
and uplift each other online! I can pose online in bodysuit or bikini ?

With
more solitude this is a great time to improve the relationship we have
with ourselves and get space from others - I’m realising some
friendships I have are not healthy and getting a break from interacting
feels good! I’m hearing my own inner voice more clearly right now.

Things you can do to help your immune system function
at its finest: Basically getting enough sunlight (sit under plant grow
light if cloudy) exercise sleep hydration fasting (12 to 16 hours a day
then eat in a 8-12 hour window) optimistic thinking relaxing and even
chiropractic adjustments apparently boost the immune system. Also avoid
sugar and junk food because that suppresses your immune system and
weakens your chances of doing well if you’re exposed to a virus- take
vitamin D3 eat foods high in vitamin A and C - healthy proteins and
fats, low sugar and low on refined carbs - common sense

modeled today at an art school for one instructor and we were both very
careful with distance and cleaning our hands all day long etc.
breathing carefully in the same room together. she filmed and
photographed me and drew me and filmed both her artwork and me posing
for students to work online from for her class. i am so grateful and
being very cautious. going to sleep early tonight to get extra rest
being gentle with myself. i feel healthy and want to stay that way. stay

boost your immune system, stay
clean, stay solo as much as you can yes but also think loving thoughts
and do things you enjoy that are safe so you can be as healthy as
possible. eat healthy foods all this will help- try not to focus on fear
and stress. focus on relaxing into love and kindness. this helps
support your health
Music helps me emotionally which helps my
immune system function better. i grew up listening to Jim Page in person
on whidbey island! with my little hippie kid friends.
