Be the light/ be the light hearted chocolate/ make peace with any inner narcissism/ easy to notice in others/ harder to self notice/ can be painful off the rails/ do this/ do that/ what’s the path? Parade prepping/ rhinestone sticking/ multifaceted facts/ mind trapped doing laps/ it’s a wrap/ that’s that/ shed the skin for the win/ voice recorded/ amplified chameleon/ get the meal on/ recharged interludes of solitude lead to solutions/ master the mimic/focused work ethic effect/ reject neglect/ protect creative projects/ now rest/repair/regenerate/ great to wait/ balanced pace: infused grace/ see bodypainting through lace/ not a bike race/ but a palace of authenticity/ unity in the expression of diversity/ thirsty for connection/ head this direction/ bridge builders/ boundaries intact/ no need for a wall/ let it fall/ be strong and tall y’all

19:5 fasting= i fasted 19 1/2 hours (stopped eating 8pm last night, started eating 3:30pm today)

19:5 fasting= i fasted 19 1/2 hours (stopped eating 8pm last night, started eating 3:30pm today)

i fasted 19 hours then i broke my fast with: 2 pastured eggs cooked in pork lard, beef liver,  grass fed and finished ground beef cooked in butter, pastured chicken with all skin and fat left on cooked in butter and olive oil,  some goat yogurt and frozen fruit,  goat kefir...and seaweed and raw fermented sauerkraut and some aged hard raw cheese- and water with lemon juice and mineral salts. #lchf  oh and unsweetened dark chocolate for dessert

#USA needs democratic socialism to make capitalism more ethical.  Bernie  Sanders is correct:  we need to STAND UP TO THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL  COMPLEX.  #ethics #capitalism #democraticsocialism #berniesanders #goddesskring #shannonkringen #democracy
