tame the shame
shannon kringen thoughts
things are going well overall but i do have a lot of pent up anger that comes out in inappropriate "passive aggressive" ways here and there. i think i am overly "polite" then i lash out later on... sorry to anyone who i have said critical things to. i disagree with many people in many ways these days and i don't want to go into detail here. might do a radio show about the challenge of this reality. sending validation to anyone who needs it. sometimes we need to just be ON OUR OWN in our views. everyone has a valid reason why they feel and think in a certain way even if i don't agree or understand it. including my own valid way. i am tired of feeling "defensive" and also tired of judging others- so working to forgive myself today and let go of judging others and judging myself. peace out
My next official art school modeling job online is not until may 19th! So I have time to fill in the slots of my calendar with selling art and updating my patreon and other sites! Building my Kring empire daily!!!! Want to start my own figure drawing group and promote it and find people who want to draw and paint me - also open to new fun ways to earn money online from home
i celebrate that i sold a copy of my book "aRt, identity and the sacred" and 7 face masks with my designs printed on them and did a modeling session in the last few days!
to clean i use: dr bronners soap, unscented dish and laundry soap with no dyes or perfumes- generic brand from costco and trader joes for laundry soap- and found some unscented hypoallergenic soap made in canada at grocery outlet recently- and "bon ami" instead of comet. #health
and i do think humans will eventually develop immunity to this and it's important to keep yourself ok financially AND medically.
it's very dumb that the media is not mentioning what humans can do to protect their health ASIDE FROM HIDING OUT and or using TOXIC cleaning chemicals. eating healthy and fasting and NOT WATCHING to much news helps the body calm down
and less likely to die from this if someone is HEALTHY and not stressed out not to mention broke! important to make money online and take care of HEALTH and not get caught up in fear and stress.
