the rabbit box event last night goddess kring seattle performance

Open Mic "open michael" at The Rabbit Box Seattle 94 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101 made a collage from last nights event i was part of. thanks everyone who was there. Derek Sheen and Emmett Montgomery and all the others i forgot the names of! Goddess KRING did 5 minutes on stage telling funny stories about her life.

AUTISM/ADHD/DYSLEXIA/SYNESTHESIA! RUN ON SENTENCES AND ME REPEATING MYSELF AND NOT EVEN REALIZING IT! Me doing 5 minutes on stage last night at the rabbit box. Actually did feel like a good start in the right direction. It's the first time I've consciously gone on stage and tried to make people laugh but I tend to be kind of funny I think. Anyway, my life is so weird. I think it is funny and I am kind of a natural storyteller. I really do want to do a one-woman show so doing 5-minute open mics with poetry and stories and jokes and comedy in my own style. Improv seems to be a good thing for me to do because eventually I want to do a one-woman show. like a whole hour but I need to just keep practising being on stage. Obviously I have lots and lots of experience on video camera and I want to learn how to be better on stage in terms of relaxing and listening to the audience, it's actually an amazing luxury to be on stage and have people listen to me and a light shining on me... And to ask the audience questions and then listen to what their response is and do IMPROV on the spot in response to what the audience says to me and to also answer any questions they have....but there's some insecure part of me that keeps wanting somebody to give me permission. I think that's the wounded child in me that wants some adults around me to say go for it and give me permission to be up there and do my thing because I love being on stage. just part of me thinks I don't deserve to be up there but I think it's an amazing sacred place the stage! onward KRINGONIAN PIZZAZZ
