lately tom petty and neil young and tori amos lyrics have been helping me stay grounded in wisdom. here is a line i love from tom petty's 2014 song "YOU GET ME HIGH" from Hypnotic Eye "I ain't afraid of what people say

Germ theory vs terrain theory. the whole "ecosystem" of your body chemistry is important. "sterilizing germs" does not create health.

Neil young lyrics helping me right now...change your mind is a brilliant song from his sleeps with angels album..." When you're confused and the world has got you down when you feel used and you just can't play the clown" is one phrase that sticks in my head...

saying this again: Walks in nature are good for your mental and physical health both. your immune system is affected by everything you think and do everything you eat and don't eat the media you choose to consume and the media you choose to not consume your whole lifestyle choices everything your thoughts your feelings your activities all affect your health and your ability to stay healthy as well as your ability to heal from being ill or at least have a better chance of healing. i walk barefoot often in the forest in the mud. good bacteria there in the woods

i want people to be free to question and have ideas. not on board with the group narrative think right now that is telling us what we are supposed to think. no thanks. i will think for myself and focus on health and life and wisdom in nature not on fear and death and judging.

Certain stories spread in the media I think are designed to scare people into tighter control more restrictions more fear etc I refuse to focus on fear and sickness and death I choose instead to focus on health and life and the wisdom in nature

Do whatever you want and Today's motto for me is: Rise above the drama.

i focus on health not fear and sickness but actual health for my body and mind and wish people would eat healthy and stay connected to nature for well being.

Have my creative writing group tonight online going to record a new radio show for tomorrow's goddess kring radio and I'm also going to record a free speech video for my new uncensored website where I have a video channel if you want the link to that let me know it's a free uncensored website where I can say whatever I want and I speak in a respectful way so my videos probably won't be very popular because I'm not sensationalistic and dramatic enough but I'm authentic and honest and say what I really think in a respectful diplomatic way I'm not really into like dramatic confrontation been there done that in my twenties good luck to everyone

fear and drama verses health

just for perspective, i feel healthy and my divorced parents are both fine and in their 70's (very healthy older parents i have with no serious health conditions) and no one i know is sick from "this" and i know there are people ill right now from "this" AND FROM COUNTLESS other health issues all being LUMPED into "this". focus on health and not fear is my motto. i see so many people FIXATING on statistics and i feel they are losing touch with their own reality near them. mass media sucks people into the DRAMA. do whatever you want but it seems healthier to me to FOCUS on SELF CARE and helping family/friends those nearby- going beyond fear and judgement would be good. sending well wishes to all.

Tom Petty - You Don't Know How It Feels (Home Recording) [Official Lyric...

This makes me happy heart felt home demo by tom petty - love his
phrasing and pronunciations of words- more southern in this recording- -
the lines are different in places too- “I’m so tired of being tired/
sure as night will follow a day/ most things I worry about never happen
anyway”. Is a lyric dear to my heart which is in this demo of you don’t
know how it feels but it actually ended up in another beautiful song on
wildflowers called “crawling back to you! “. I pay very
close attention to song lyrics and I absolutely love the details!
Truthfully I don’t really read many books but I listen to tons of songs
and I know the lyrics to many many many songs by Tori Amos and Tom Petty
and Neil Young and Bob Dylan and beck etc- I’m a really slow reader
probably dyslexic but I’ve never been diagnosed but I’ve always been
more into soaking up music and movies dialogue in movies that actors
speak I tend to memorise song lyrics and movie lines

what i saw and felt in the seattle #chaz area

what i saw and felt in the seattle #chaz area: a little like folklife festival actually! progressive people who want change and love creativity and cooperation. saw artist painting on the street, musicians busking, very mellow. like burning man without the nude people. sage being burned and nag champa insence people freely roaming and speakers talking in the middle. lots of signs being held up- random marches within streets. free snacks and water for people helping the cause: lots of open space in tents and grass in cal anderson park too. very casual and mellow the last two days i roamed there. street art mostly and people roaming around taking photos and listening to speakers. no police there and no violence that i saw. fairly positive energy. lots of angry grafitti- but understandable feelings. some take out restaurants are open inside the zone too. at the borders they look like "check points" but they let you in freely. i sure if someone is rude or a police officer they won't allow them in- everyone's just freely roaming right now. i saw nothing violent, no weapons, no one "fighting" violence could happen- but if so i am would be skeptical of "who" is starting it and what their goal is. might be intentional if some "drama" happens to provoke people to have "conflict" but we shall see. don't assume anything the media says about this unless you see it for yourself or look at photos and videos from regular civilians wandering like me.

"Only A Pawn In Their Game" beyond the "us" verses "them" duality

the duality of "us" verses "them" keeps things in conflict and i cannot help thinking that this is a "game" to keep us trapped in this so the authority figures can keep their power. but who knows? i am exercising my free thought here. i feel like a "pawn in their game" isn't that part of a dylan song lyric?

to allow the chaos and anarchy to happen seems like a game to me, to let us think we "free" only to crack down on us later with even more military force when people are provoked into more conflict. we shall see what happens next. #chaz

a new way i can earn money that i love and care about is doing ASMR videos and audio recordings. that is whispering gently which gives people a tingly feeling they love. i can add these to my youtube and patreon in both audio and video versions. i have an "ice cube" mic now i use for my radio show but probably need a better stereo mic or binaural mic to make a great audio experience for fans of whispering and gentle sounds. i have a beautiful sensual voice when i relax and speak into the mic. i find recording my voice hypnotic and soothing and fans of my voice have told me they love the tone of my voice.

duality does not work

IT'S FINE IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH ME BUT PLEASE RESPECT MY RIGHT TO HAVE AN OPINION THANKS. i am not a fan of the USA prison system- i feel police officers that abuse their power should be fired,arrested prosecuted and FORCED TO WORK TO HELP OTHERS SUFFERING while being locked up. racism is based on fear and insecurity "us verses them" mentality of fear and competition and "war" shame/fear/slavery/PTSD/lots of injustice and strong issues that people want to avoid talking about. AND I HESITATE TO POST THIS AS I USUALLY GET ATTACKED for my "minority" views. i admire the Norway prison system that forces people to become better humans instead of abusing them. revenge does not end prejudice and abuse of power. forcing people to learn to help others is my kind of punishment- put assholes to work to help those suffering. and if abusive people refuse then lethal injection for them. choose- the death penalty or work to help others. end of story. "Norway has one of the lowest recidivism rates in the world, currently 20%, with approximately 3,933 offenders in prison, and one of the lowest crime rates in the world. Norway's prisons are renowned for being some of the best and most humane in the world."
